Greetings! This month, we take a closer look at relationships, church life, and the changing realities facing Christians in China.
Our Featured Story explores why choosing a spouse has become increasingly difficult for many single Christians in China. Drawing on the experiences and reflections of single believers, the story examines the social, cultural, and church-related factors shaping Christian relationships today. We also revisit two perspectives from experienced singles ministry workers and pastors on how churches can better understand and support single Christians as they navigate relationships and marriage.
Beyond this focus, we feature an interview with Ezekiel Tan, general secretary of the World Christian Association, who discusses why evangelicalism needs a clearer introduction within China's church and reflects on opportunities for greater understanding and engagement.
We also feature Living History, a documentary storytelling project that records China–U.S. encounters since 1979. Through personal stories and historical memories, the project offers a glimpse into how ordinary people have built connections across cultures over the decades.
